I'm Chloe! I am licensed in both MA & NH. I service a large area, but I specialize in the North Shore, from Boston to Southern NH. I am an experienced listing agent and buyer’s agent. I represent both sellers and buyers throughout the real estate process. I am experienced in VA, FHA, and conventional home loan transactions. I'm here to patiently guide you throughout every step of the deal. I am extremely passionate about real estate. It is very important to me to make a memorable connection with my clients. I believe the real estate process is such an intimate, personal experience - and I would love the opportunity to assist you along your journey. I am very genuine by nature. I am a mother of two boys and in my free time, I enjoy doing family activities, reading books, and talking about real estate to anyone that will listen!
