About Me
First - my background. I was born and raised in Redondo Beach, CA. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. I then worked for Bechtel Power in San Francisco and then Pennsylvania. I realized I was not a cold weather person so returned to So Cal and took a job with Hughes Aircraft. Fast forward - married with two kids and time for a second career - I loved everything about real estate except for selling myself. Numbers, houses, hard work, open houses, online forms and MLS... all of that was easy. I quickly realized if I did all of the extras for clients (helping to pack and unpack, arranging for repairs, delivering paperwork, no hired replacements for myself, arranging for rentals, cleaning a sink or making a bed for an open house...) I was liked, appreciated and referred. I have built my business on referrals and it is working. I have now been in the business for over 20 years and have received many awards at RE/MAX. I understand the ups and downs of the market. I understand we need patience. I truly take joy in helping my clients and watching them achieve their goals.
