The Tampa/Saint Petersburg and Gulf Coast of Florida are great places to live
and work, which is why Carolyn Gomez chose to call it her home. With
roots in Gig Harbor, Washington, Carolyn came to Tampa/ Saint Pete in
Spring of 2005. Real estate is a passion for Carolyn, and
with her background in Customer Service, Local salesperson to moving on to become a Strategic Account Manager selling Office Supplies to opening her own business with her spouse in a niche market of brokering printer supplies it is easy to see
why more than 30 families in 2021 called Carolyn for help buying and selling. Carolyn took her business from 1.8 mil in sales in 2020 to 8 mil 2021 and continues to grow in 2022.
Carolyn has been a part of the Re/Max Metro family
for 3+, in the industry 7+ she isn’t just
passionate about helping families find their next home. Carolyn loves the community she lives in and enjoys spending time boating, biking, and anything outdoors which works well since she lives in the city that is rated # 1 Beaches year after year! The city offers a broad spectrum of culture, home of the Grand Prix on the streets of downtown Saint Pete and the Festival of Speed to highlight a few favorites.
Carolyn’s values her family time, husband Tony and son Quenton who are the certainly the light in her life.
