Thank you for being here! My name is Callie Rocha, I'm a 37-year young wife, mother, and Jesus follower. What's that saying? "Jack of all trades, master of none, but often times better than a master of one." Yah, ALWAYS better than one! That couldn't be any more accurate when describing myself. I've been in the real estate world for over 10 years now. Before that I worked in the commercial loan department for a local bank. During my 7 year stay in banking I was fortunate enough to learn about financing. Real estate financing, commercial financing, personal financing, just about every kind of creative lending practices out there. At the time I didn’t realize how this wealth of knowledge was going to further my career. Not only did I learn about the financing world, but I learned about people, about relationships. You really truly get to know someone when your handling one of the most valued sacred things to them… MONEY. In 2012 an opportunity arose. I jumped off the 8-5 banking ship and landed in investment real estate. I’ve worked hand and hand with a local investor for over 10 years. He’s taught me a lot. Some really great things and some not so great, haha. I will always be indebted to him, so very thankful for the journey. I guess you could say I’m a connoisseur for real estate, a mover and shaker. I hustle! Let me rephrase, WE hustle. My husband, Chad, is a general contractor. He does amazing work! We’ve found our passion and real estate. I’m just so thankful we get to do home life and work life together.
