I was born and raised in the Springfield area and am a son, brother, uncle and dog dad first. I was on the radio for over a decade and was the recipient of several country radio industry awards during that time. I've always had an interest in real estate and have a few investment properties of my own. I know what a buyer is looking for with a new home, because I've been in that position several times.
