REALTOR® Brian Sullivan a licensed Broker Associate. Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Brian started his career in 1999 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. In 2002, Brian became a licensed REALTOR and four years later he earned his Broker Associate license. His twenty years in the real estate industry has resulted in an unparalleled professional track-record and high ethical standards. Brian is well known for being an honest, hard-working agent who does everything in his power to ensure his clients' success. Brian will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
As a regular vacationer to Florida, Brian and his wife, Kayla dreamed of making the Gulf Coast of Florida their permanent home.
They proved that dreams do come true when they packed up and moved to Bradenton in 2021. Brian and Kayla especially enjoy the world class beaches on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.
