Born in Oakland, Brian and his family moved to Castro Valley in the 1970’s where he developed a childhood interest in searching for homes with his family. Brian’s clients directly benefit from his local knowledge, negotiating skills, and passion for sharing expertise in all aspects of real estate. These skills come from personally handling each transaction from beginning to end and cultivating long-term client relationships. Having personally designed, built, and remodeled many homes for clients as well as his own projects provides a distinct advantage and perspective that he always enjoys sharing. Vacant land, new-home subdivisions, apartment buildings, probate sales and tax-deferred exchanges are additional areas of experience Brian brings to the table. Awards:
