Blanca brings unique expertise to meet your real estate needs with 40+ years in TV and film, 30+ years in business and real estate.
A California native, Blanca's early immersion in her parents' design firm cultivated her business acumen. After relocating to Florida in the '90s, she pursued an MBA while raising five children, now in college. Two decades as a Florida business owner, negotiating entertainment contracts alongside her husband and fellow Rucco Group team member, Michael Masci, has sharpened her interpersonal and negotiation skills. Blanca is effective, precise, and approachable.
Recognized for real estate investment, buying, renovation, and flipping houses with her partners, Blanca's passion for real estate is heartfelt, and this makes helping her clients her top priority. She offers meticulous client service and unwavering commitment, approaching challenges with optimism, professionalism, and empathy.
Believing in following the Golden Rule, Blanca treats all people well. She delights friends and clients with her culinary creations. As the parent of an adult son with Autism, she is a vociferous advocate for autism awareness. Blanca and her husband homeschool their youngest son in high school. She volunteers in video broadcasting ministries at Saddleback Church, Christ Fellowship Church, and, with her husband Michael, who serves in the worship ministry at Calvary Chapel Ft Lauderdale. They also share a passion for kickboxing, promoting physical fitness and nutrition for overall wellness and imparting this passion to their children.
