Bill has been involved with real estate and property development since the 1970s, and he negotiated his first multi-million dollar contract in the latter part of that decade. He later went on to own two sales companies in California, both of which he eventually sold. Since 2012, Bill has been a licensed REALTOR® in Grand Junction, where he has gained a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
