I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) with a passion to help sellers enhance their property to generate a faster sale at the best price. Providing staging services separates me from other real estate agents.
Along with my staging skills I use a professional photographer with drone photographs and videos that will be posted on the internet showing the quality of the listings.
To better serve sellers I host open houses, advertise in magazines, on the internet, send out post cards and go door to door to promote my listings.
I love working with buyers and will analyze all properties to help buyers make a good financial decision and find the house of their dreams. I am committed to real estate and you will find me working closely with my customers to accomplish their real estate goals.
Born and raised in the Ohio, I purchased properties in Charlotte County several years ago and love living here, this prompted me to obtain my Florida Real Estate license.
The past 38 years I have spent married to my husband Rob and we have been blessed with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
