About Me
Ben Loonan brings a great work ethic and excitement to the Peterson Skattum Realty Group and RE/MAX Advantage Plus. Ben was born and raised in the Twin Cities area and graduated from St. John’s University. Ben’s background includes 10+ years in the insurance industry, 7+ years as a Teacher, and 10+ years coaching Football and Track & Field in the Shakopee School District. Naturally, this diverse background offered Ben a perfect platform into the real estate industry. Ben has an innate ability to bring a sense of education and calm to his buyers and sellers throughout the entire buying/selling process. He is dedicated to providing top-notch real estate services by staying focused on his clients’ wants and needs as he guides them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Understanding the importance of this, his goal is nothing short of being an excellent real estate advisor and educator, every step of the way; making sure his clients’ experience is nothing short of a great one.
In his free time outside of real estate, Ben enjoys coaching, playing sports, being outdoors, fishing, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.
