Real Estate is my life, my career! I work long and hard to achieve your goals and mine. I am licensed in Florida and North Carolina and work both. I appreciate the referrals and referrals are treated with the upmost respect to assist your clients the way you would want them to be treated! 59 years in Central Florida and I know it well! I have a vast and multiple business experience and Real Estate has been 40 of my life in some capacity and 24 years full time licensed listing and selling homes. I have built and owned several businesses in my lifetime; e.g., Quick Lube Shop W/Car wash, Factory Outlet Clothing w/shoe store, built commercial and residential rental properties, owned-operated and taught a traditional Martial Arts (karate) school, taught boxing and kickboxing at the Police Athletic League (PAL) Boxing Gym, trained International and National Kickboxing Champions, owned and operated a Lawn Mower sales and service.
