I am a lifelong Ohio resident now living in Cincinnati, OH. I provide professional and caring service to customers in the Cincinnati area. My education and experience consists of attending Youngstown State University, Hondros College and 30 years work experience in the areas of Customer Service, Training, Program Eligibility, Contracts and Management.
