I pride myself in knowing the local inventory and make it a point to visit properties that I can match to people in the marketplace. I keep current with market trends, especially single family homes for a "family's destination home." I am knowledgeable about investment properties, land development, new construction and mortgages. I keep current with the needs of Buyers; therefore I am a great asset to Sellers in helping them know what sells; getting a property ready for sale including staging and quality professional photos, guidance in negotiations and evaluating and determining correct pricing.
