About Me
Beginning her real estate practice in 2015, April is a lifetime RE/Max agent. Since joining RE/Max All City in 2017 she has found a passion for her residential real estate business. Serving buyers and sellers who are transitioning into home and real estate investors transition capital alike, she can adapt her services to the personal context of her clients. April herself is a homeowner and real estate investor who has been in the shoes of her clients many times. She and her husband own and run a real estate investment capital lending business who have flipped and built several homes themselves. “After being in the real estate business for a short 8 years I have realized there is so much to continue learning. I believe that I will never know everything and that’s okay. I have dozens of “Ask me how I know” stories and tremendous expertise at what I do while still having the amazing knowledge and experiences of my colleagues at RE/Max All City to lean on in the case that I need guidance or am outright stumped.”
Prior to real estate April had a full career in healthcare technology solutions bringing years of customer service, project management, negotiations and technology testing. She offers 20+ years of the skills need for successful closings to her real estate clients. “My favorite part of being an agent is ironing out my standard processes. I feel that when clients can be prepared for even the unexpected and I have already offered proactive guardrails for the scenario, together we can reduce discouragements and push toward our goal.”
April likes standard processes and can roll with the punches. She is a working and homeschooling mother to three small children the youngest she welcomed in June 2022. Her “assistants” can be spotted at the office, on Zoom calls and during showings. “I like to make a plan, aim for the plan, adjust to what they {the children} throw at me and finally just shoot for the original goal. The guarantee is there are no dull moments!”
