Antoinette Simms has been a licensed agent for over 6 years and currently works as a Property Manager. Antoinette’s main goal is for owners to know that their investment is safe with her while also providing the best service possible for renters as well. Antoinette moved to Cape Coral with her husband and their two children 8 years ago in search of a place that was family friendly and fun. She loves Cape Coral for its vast expansive canal system, the farmers market, the amazing parks, and the beautiful weather. Antoinette knows that in this time it can be difficult to make the best decision for your investment, but that she values the relationships she has made with clients, and the continued support of her team at Re/Max allows her to continue to provide the best possible experience. Outside of work family is the most important thing to Antoinette and there is rarely a weekend where her family is not exploring and having fun.
