About Me
Anita Wilcox is a professional real estate agent in Miami, Florida. She received her real estate license in 2009 and started selling residential real estate with The Keyes Company in Aventura. In December 2012 Anita started working with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
She earned a degree in Marketing and Management from Wyzszcza Szkola Kupiecka in Poland. Right after graduation she decided to risk it all and move to the United States. She worked in NJ for first 8 months to earn enough to pay for first year’s tuition in Miami College. She got her Associate Degree in Computer Science after 2 years while working as a server in restaurants.
In 2003 she joined US Army, got married in shortly after had a little girl. While raising a child while her husband was deployed to Iraq she finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University, Texas.
During her husband’s second deployment she moved back to Miami and pursued her career in computer field. She worked on developing and administrating Oracle databases as an analyst. During that time she was pursuing her dream of becoming a real estate agent.
Anita always loved real estate so getting her license was a very important and exciting step in her life. After two years in real estate business Anita hired a coach to continue improving her skills as a sales person.
Anita is 100% committed to making sure that the sale of her clients’ home is a smooth and profitable transaction. Anita is very dedicated to help her clients achieve their goals. With a background in Marketing and Technology she brings knowledge of the housing market, marketing and sales skills to get her clients’ properties sold for the highest price in the shortest period of time. She prides herself with bringing high level of integrity and innovation to every transaction. Anita understands that it is her clients who make her successful and she is extremely appreciative of that.
