Based in Franklin MA, Andy Paleologos is a full time REALTOR with RE/MAX Executive Realty, the largest real estate company in MetroWest Boston with over 140 agents across 7 offices. Andy is a former teacher & education business operations leader with a passion for solving problems & helping people improve their lives. As an agent, Andy has built his business from the ground up, adopting a mission-driven focus with his clients & a philosophy that is centered around one driving value statement: Build authentic & lasting relationships based on integrity, trust, professionalism, & a love of life… the rest will take care of itself.
Andy primarily works with clients in Franklin MA & its surrounding towns, utilizing his extensive training & experience in Education, Sales, Marketing & Negotiation to provide elite service that produces a tremendous referral base.
Andy is recognized in Franklin as a local expert who readily & consistently gives back to his community. He is heavily involved in both charitable organizations & in youth sports, volunteering his time whenever possible. He currently coaches baseball, football & basketball. Andy has served on Franklin Youth Baseball Organization’s Board of Directors since 2018 & has been installed this year as FYBO’s Vice President. Additionally, Andy served on the Board of Directors for RE/MAX Executive Realty’s Charitable Foundation from 2018-2021.
Andy has been recognized by RE/MAX LLC year after year for his outstanding achievement in the real estate profession. He has earned Platinum Club, 100% Club, & Executive Club status designations as an individual agent with RE/MAX & earned Chairman Club Team status designation for his time working as partners with Tammy Todaro (2019, 2022). Andy was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2020. He is proud of his affiliation with the most recognized & highest producing brand in the industry. Andy is a member of NAR, MAR, and the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors.
