Andres De Pina, Immediately upon graduating, gravitated towards Real Estate, sharing his father's love of Real Estate, he thought his keen negotiation & marketing skills and love of helping people would be a natural fit and serve him well as a Realtor®. And that it did. Originally from Venezuela, Andres is a Real Estate professional since 2006 licensed originally in Florida and is bilingual, fluent in Spanish along with English. In just a few years in the business, he garnished a well-respected reputation with his clients & peers for going above and beyond for each of his clients and the referrals began to flourish.
Andres joined Tamborrel Properties, a local boutique-style brokerage, in 2012 and quickly stood out as an exemplary professional. Recognized year after year by his peers as a Top Producing Realtor® for the firm. Andres garnered great relationships and learned valuable business lessons while at Tamborrel Properties that led him on a path of continued success. With that momentum, in 2019, he made the decision to join the most recognized name in Real Estate, RE/MAX® and joined RE/MAX® The Woodlands & Spring. Together with RE/MAX® and his strong grasp of the industry's top technology tools, strong moral values & convictions, and professionalism, Andres values his innate ability to form personal connections with anyone he meets and attributes a lot of the success he's experienced in life to others including his father, colleagues and industry mentors.
