About Me
Andreea is principal and co-founder of Tracy & Andreea Real Estate. She started her real estate career in 2002 at the young age of 23, less than a year after graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. That’s when she realized she had the right combination of people skills, tenacity, determination, and salesmanship—to flourish in the business. These days, she still handles all the negotiations for her clients personally and will not give away even a dollar of their money unnecessarily. She lives in Newport Beach with her two daughters and their 2 year old Goldendoodle, Beau.
