Amy joined RE/MAX 200 Realty in Winter Park in 2006. A licensed Realtor since 1995, this is my 27th year selling homes. I enjoy meeting and representing both Sellers and Buyers, helping them, and guiding them through each step of the way. I have completed the GRI. CDPE, and Gold Key designations, and am active in our local Orlando Regional Realtor Association, having served on the Professional Development Committee. I have over 35 years of experience with Rental properties, and am knowledgeable in the area of 1031 Tax-Deferred exchanges.
