About Me
Amy is a native to the Pacific Northwest. Raised in Olympia, she earned a B.A. in Business Marketing & Public Relations from Washington State University in 2002. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2018, Amy has helped over 75 clients buy and sell real estate. She was Rookie of the Year in 2018, earned REMAX Whatcom County's prestigious Top 10 broker status in 2022 and has obtained her ABR, CNE, CMOE, AHWD and RE/MAX Accredited Commercial Real Estate Professional designations. She has experience navigating city/county zoning, mitigation, permitting & building feasibility. Real estate is her second career and spent 15 years in corporate sales and marketing, working as an Area Sales Manager and US Business Development Manager for Microsoft's commercial lending division and advertising sales and media planning in Seattle and London, UK.
The breadth of her professional experience, strong knowledge of macro economic markets, the local Bellingham community housing trends, along with and her enthusiastic passion for helping people grow wealth and find their ideal home is what fuels her love for real estate. She takes the time to listen, educate and provide guidance through the process of buying and selling, ensuring each client receives outstanding, thorough and friendly service.
She moved from Seattle to Bellingham in 2016 and lives on the beach by the Salish Sea with her husband and 3 children. When she's not busy as a Realtor, she's busy being a mom. You'll find her cheering on the sidelines at her kids' baseball and soccer games, practicing lines for her daughter's upcoming theater performance, skiing, crabbing off Lummi Island or camping in their vintage trailer. She's currently training to summit Mt. Baker in 2023.
