Hi There! My name is Amanda Simmons!

A little bit about me, I’m a Nashville Native that went from a 10 Year cushy corporate gig to jumping into the deep end of entrepreneurship. A jump I couldn’t have done without my late husband, Joshua. My decade long career in Commercial Architecture and Design provided amazing opportunities to work with top tier clients like Sony ATV, Warner Brother Music, Smile Direct Club and Houzz! I learned SO much about project management and client experience where listening to needs was vital in designing solutions tailored to them. All attributes that directly transfer to my Residential Real Estate business. While, I may not be physically drawing solutions, I’m still asking intentional questions and negotiating those solutions on behalf of my clients! You may be wondering, “Amanda, why did you decide to change careers?” :). A great question with a simple answer. I wanted two things, autonomy and a deeper connection with the people I was serving. I’ve always loved Real Estate and I even got to work hand in hand with Commercial Brokers in the design setting. But, my heart was set on helping friends and families alike achieve homeownership status. With the support of my family, dear friends, my incredible Broker and mentor, I’ve been blessed to serve our Middle TN community for the last 4 years getting to help those wanting to sell or purchase their new home. No day is ever the same and I love every minute of it! I’ve even gotten to use some of my design powers to help clients LOVE WHERE THEY LIVE!! How cool is that?!
On a personal note: You will likely find me chasing my nieces and nephews, getting after some glorious gym gains, and/ or shoveling down all the sushi. :)
