Alicia runs a smart, fast, caring two-person team to ensure all clients have a great experience and superior results.

When you engage Alicia, you bring her 25 years of real estate experience into driving your marketing or search, negotiation, and closing effort. She holds the highly valued "CRS", Certified Residential Specialist certification as well as being an "ABR", Accredited Buyers Representative, and "GRI", Graduate Realtors Institute, graduate. A 1982 graduate of The College of Charleston, and a Licensed, Real Estate Broker, Alicia knows the Charleston market.
Alicia, and her licensed assistant (her husband, Bill, a veteran , low country native and graduate of The Citadel, 1982), bring energy and ethical commitment to every opportunity they have to serve their clients. Raised in the Charleston "low country", and seasoned by years of living in Illinois, Texas and Indiana, they've returned to their true home and love every opportunity to help others make their Charleston area real estate plans come true - buying or selling.
