I have over 25 years of experience in Residential sales. I value continuing education and have earned the advanced professional designations ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative, CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist, SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, GRI - Graduate REALTOR Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, and the PSA - Pricing Strategy Advisor, RENE - Real Estate Negotiation Expert, AHWD - At Home With Diversity, RSPS - Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and e-PRO certifications. I’ve earned the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS. I am a strong proponent for Professional Development, educating REALTORS and agents, teaching continuing education, designations and certifications.
In addition to assisting Residential clients in one of their biggest, most important purchase and sales transactions, I am dedicated to protecting private property rights and advocating for my clients and Home Ownership. I am a strong supporter of RPAC - REALTORS Political Action Committee. I am honored to attend meetings with local, state, and national legislators to lobby on behalf of REALTORS and Home Owners, and I am active in the Real Estate industry, currently serving as Ohio REALTORS Treasurer and National Association of REALTORS Director and Forum Vice Chair, in addition to other local, state, and national committee member positions.
