I have delivered award-winning consistency as an elite Sales Professional in the corporate, business to business arena for the past 26 years. My experiences in a highly competitive, technical and services-led industry have groomed my expertise to identify and qualify YOUR unique client dreams and needs. Training and continuous education allow me to carry over the specific skill sets you would not only desire, but insist upon as your real estate salesperson: Financial Analytics, Market Research and Negotiation/ Closing to name just a few. However, I pride myself equally on my more personal and practical abilities of being an excellent listener, self-prepared and although often cited but rarely delivered upon..customer-focused! Family and friends top my list of priorities (what is truly important to me), and it is not uncommon for my clients to quickly find themselves falling into the latter category. I am passionate about my role and responsibility as a father to my teen-aged son, Nick...And perhaps it will be these traits of diligence, guide and director and care-giver that will ultimately differentiate my services from all the rest.
