I sell real estate on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks: mile marker 0 to 50, Sunrise Beach, Laurie, and the Highway 5 corridor between Camdenton and Versailles. I live in Sunrise Beach, and I'm with RE/MAX Lifestyles. This lake runs three generations deep in my family. My grandparents honeymooned here. They brought their kids every summer. I brought mine. Now my grandkids get to know it. Before real estate, I spent 25 years in logistics. Freight teaches you one thing fast: if you say the truck will be there at 2:00, it's there at 2:00. I run my business the same way. If I commit to a time, I won't miss it. I've been licensed since October 2021. I sell lake homes, condos, farms, raw land and building lots. That $10,000 lot matters just as much to the person buying it as a million-dollar house does to somebody else, and it gets the same work. On land and farms, I walk the boundaries with you using onX mapping, so you're standing on the line, not guessing at it. A lot of my buyers come from Kansas City, Chicago, Iowa and Nebraska. They want a place on the water and don't know the docks, the shoreline rules or the roads yet. I made that move myself. I know what you don't know yet. I'm active in Rotary and the Elks. I think real estate is a privilege. Somebody's trusting you with the biggest investment they'll make. I don't take that lightly.
