Bea and Matt Irvin are a husband and wife Real Estate Sales & Property Management team. Matt Irvin is a former College Football Coach working at UNLV, Fresno State, Cal Poly, USC, and San Diego State. Matt has also worked at various High Schools and Community Colleges coaching Football. He was a 2 year letterman at Oregon State University. Beatrice Corona-Irvin is a former Manager at Nieman Marcus, Marshalls and Nike. She was also a successful Business Banker at Wells Fargo, reaching the #1 Banker status in the region before joining Irvin Real Estate, Inc. The couple met in Las Vegas while Matt was coaching at UNLV and earning his master’s degree. They were married in 2002 and have two children. Matt Irvin received his B.S. from Oregon State University and his Master’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Matt’s memberships include: California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Apartment Owners Association of California, Inc. (AOA). Matt has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Property Management. The name "IRVIN" has been associated in Contra Costa real estate for over 55+ Years. Licensed in September of 1992, I am a second-generation real estate professional serving Contra Costa County. Growing up in the real estate business my weekends often consisted of passing out Pumpkins, Pens, and See's Christmas Candy all bearing the family name.
