After 17 years of family vacations in Daytona Beach, David moved here in 2020 with his wife and daughter to be closer to his wife’s family who have also made Daytona Beach their home. He fell in love with Daytona Beach and now focuses on helping his clients with their Daytona area real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling, rentals or investments. His first job was in the hospitality industry at the age of 14, and he has always enjoyed serving others. He especially enjoys helping people in the competitive Daytona real estate market. One of David’s most distinguishing characteristics is his ‘people pleaser’ mentality which keeps him laser focused on satisfying client needs.
