I've been selling real estate in the Twin Cities since 2002, with more than 500 closed transactions spread around the entire Twin Cities area. Over the years, my practice has gravitated toward complex and emotionally significant transitions. Divorce, estate sales, downsizing, relocation, buying and selling at the same time. The situations where the personal side of the decision is just as important as the market side. I'm a certified life coach, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS).
