I'm BJ (William) Ersery, a REALTOR® with REMAX State Line + Elite. I run The Nichols/Ersery Home Team with my longtime business partner, David Nichols, and I also lead the Triple Crown Team. I've been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since 2005 and hold a Kansas Broker's license. I work with buyers and sellers across the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. That includes Jackson, Johnson, Wyandotte, and Cass counties: Lee's Summit, Lenexa, Overland Park, Olathe, Blue Springs, Raytown, Grandview, Independence, and Kansas City. I've sold homes from $60,000 starter houses to $925,000 properties, and I give every client the same attention regardless of price. I also advise investors on rental and investment property. Past clients tend to say the same thing: working with me feels like I'm trying to talk them out of every house. That's on purpose. My job isn't to get you to the closing table fast. My job is to make sure the home you buy is the right one and the price you list at is the right one. I'd rather lose a sale than put a family in the wrong house. Your price comes from data, not from what you want to hear.
