Why choose me? I will do my BEST to MAKE IT HAPPEN because I have a Passion to Serve!!! I am the "hands on" realtor you need while consistently assisting you as a buyer or seller in making your landmark decisions in real estate. I answer my phone, email and text. I'm there, making it happen for you!! Your Realtor......for Life! About Me: I have lived in the "Sunshine" state of Florida for almost 3 decades and consider it my home....close to beaches and away from cold weather! Originally from PA, I received my BA in Psychology and worked various management and sales jobs over the years. I started my real estate career in Miami back in 2003 and have loved selling real estate ever since! I moved here to the Gulf Coast nine years ago and quickly realized why so many people love it here! Truly, a hidden gem like no other place I've been to! I specialize in the areas of both Charlotte and Sarasota counties. My approach with ALL my customers is that I'm there to HELP them. The bottom line is that I ensure the whole experience is seamless. I go above and beyond for my customers!! Let me help you find your dream home today!!
