Allan has served as a Principal Broker and is currently Broker-in-Charge for several RE/MAX Hawaii offices on Oahu, while Soomi brings her own edge with Broker-level contract expertise and a successful background in hotel management and client care. Together, they are known for expert negotiation, luxury property marketing, and relentless client advocacy. Their exceptional service has earned them consistent recognition, including Hawaii Business Magazine’s Top 100 Realtors and Honolulu Magazine’s Best in Real Estate, along with multiple company-wide awards. A message from Allan: "Aloha! I’m a globally raised, island-rooted real estate professional with over 20 years of experience helping people find their home in Hawaiʻi. Though I grew up in Germany and speak both English and German, my Chinese heritage and deep family roots in Hawaiʻi have always anchored me to these islands. Living on Oʻahu lets me enjoy everything I love - windsurfing, swimming, running along the coast - and I bring that same energy and passion into my work with clients. Whether you’re moving across the world or just across the island, I’m here to make the process smooth, informed, exciting and fun. I believe real estate is more than just buying and selling - it’s about building a life, finding belonging, and creating connection. If you’re ready to make a move, I’d be honored to help you find your place in paradise!”
