With over five decades of residency in our vibrant community, I am proud to be your dedicated real estate professional, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and a commitment to service. My journey has been one of diverse experiences, marked by a decade of service in the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator, and academic excellence at the prestigious Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. During my ten years in the U.S. Navy, I honed my skills as a Naval Aviator, embodying discipline, precision, and strategic thinking. These qualities seamlessly transitioned into my real estate career, where attention to detail and a strategic approach guide every transaction. A graduate of the Wharton School, I bring a strong foundation in finance and commerce, ensuring my clients receive the highest level of professionalism and expertise. This academic background has been instrumental in navigating the intricacies of the real estate market, from multi-million-dollar beachfront properties to single-family homes. As a real estate professional, I hold esteemed certifications, including ePro, Senior Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). These certifications demonstrate my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and my ability to navigate complex transactions with ease. Beyond real estate, I am deeply involved in our community. I have also proudly served as Past President and Board Member of the Somers Point Rotary. My dedication to community service reflects my belief in giving back and making a positive impact. In my leisure time, I indulge my passion for Duplicate bridge and golf. Memberships at Blue Heron Pines and McCullough's Emerald Links provide an avenue for building relationships and enjoying the finer aspects of life beyond the real estate realm.
