Orla O'Callaghan
Asociado
Coming from a long line of homebuilders in Ireland, (O'Callaghan Brothers), real estate is more than just a profession for Orla - it's a family legacy and it is ingrained in her DNA. Orla loves the smell of paint and drywall & visited many job sites with her father and uncles at a very young age. There is no substitute for institutional knowledge & Orla brings a vast breadth of construction related experience to the table to include spotting the hidden potential in homes that others might overlook and seeing that diamond in the rough & also recognizing a beautifully built home when she sees one. With years of sales experience in the new home business, having sold over 1,000 new homes for prominent area builders, and in response to many requests of those who are selling homes in order to buy new, Orla expanded her area of focus to include the residential home resale market. This is where Orla's ability to spot potential in a home cannot be overstated. By meeting the varied requirements of builders, buyers & sellers, Orla brings a combined and unique perspective and skillset to the real estate industry. She has worked with architects, interior designers, graphic designers and artists to render homes before Floorplanner or AI were even a thing. She can envision what a house can be and has provided concierge and staging services before they became industry standard and vogue. Orla isn't just about buying & selling properties, although she is very good at is, she's equally focused on building relationships to truly understand the goals of the client & their individual real estate transaction. Orla's professionalism & experience combined with her warm & welcoming Irish demeanor. She treats everyone like family, so much so that her clients will say that Orla treats the clients money as if it were her own. She is dedicated to providing personalized service tailored to your needs. She is a trustworthy source and often called "Google Orla" by her clients.
