Jody is the broker/owner of the Cabot RE/MAX office. She has 9 years of experience in residential real estate. Jody works with investors from all across the country looking to invest in a cash flow area and knows what investors are looking for. Jody has been awarded the Triple Diamond Award from the North Pulaski Board of Realtors for the last three years and Double Diamond award for the four years prior. She is a top ranked agent with RE/MAX statewide year after year. Jody bases the team's business on referrals. Leeann has been a sales agent since 2020. She and Jody teamed up in 2023 to better serve clients with a full team approach. With two agents working towards the goals of clients, one of them is always available and ready for any adventure a client may need. Jody and Leeann develop a long lasting relationship with clients. They have several client parties a year to give back to clients and the community.
