Thomas Chason, REALTOR® | RE/MAX Prestige Properties Thomas Chason's path into real estate started early. While he was still in high school, he interned with broker Daniel M. Berger as Danny was building his RE/MAX franchise from the ground up. That first-hand look at what it takes to build a business, and to serve clients well, stayed with him. Thomas went on to the University of Maryland and earned a degree in Family Science in 2022. After graduating, he knew where he wanted to be. Danny had been an exceptional mentor, and Thomas returned to work alongside him at RE/MAX Prestige Properties. Two years into his career, Thomas and Danny convinced his mother, Rachel, to leave her sales career and join the firm. Today, Thomas and Rachel work together as a mother-son team serving buyers and sellers across New York and Connecticut. Clients get the energy and responsiveness of a younger agent along with the experience and negotiating skill of a seasoned sales professional. Thomas's background in Family Science shapes how he works. He knows a move is about more than a transaction. It affects routines, schools, finances and the sense of home. That's part of why, in addition to helping buyers and sellers, he works closely with CVR Westchester through its Westchester Neighborhood Choice Program, helping tenants with housing vouchers find new homes in communities that fit their families' needs.
