Mark Ryan is the Broker and Team Leader of The Mark Ryan Group, an experienced residential real estate team serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Dayton and Greater Cincinnati markets. Since beginning his real estate career in 2003, Mark has built MRG around expert guidance, strong negotiation, strategic marketing and a team-based approach that gives clients access to the combined experience and resources of the entire group. The Mark Ryan Group works with buyers and sellers across the residential market, from first-time and move-up buyers to traditional home sales, luxury and distinctive properties, relocation and military moves. Estate and probate real estate is also a significant area of focus for MRG. The team has extensive experience helping families, executors, trustees and attorneys navigate inherited property, estate sales and other complex real estate situations that require additional coordination and expertise. MRG also assists with divorce-related sales, bankruptcy-related situations and other transactions involving multiple decision-makers or legal and financial considerations. The team serves communities throughout Greater Dayton and Greater Cincinnati, including Centerville, Washington Township, Springboro, Beavercreek, Kettering, Bellbrook, Oakwood, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Mason, West Chester and surrounding areas.
