Kristen has loved beautiful homes and learning about real estate for as long as she can remember. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2003, when she graduated from Virginia Tech. Originally from Virginia Beach, Kristen has been a resident of Loudoun County for 20 years and truly loves this area and its amazing community. As a Buyer Specialist with The Bob Caines Team, Kristen is dedicated to helping our clients find the right home and making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible. She believes real estate is about truly listening, understanding each client’s needs, and guiding them with care and expertise. In addition to working with buyers, Kristen works behind the scenes with the team creating marketing materials, managing our social media platforms, and making sure every home is ready to shine. Kristen takes pride in her work, staying organized, being creative, and always looking for win-win strategies to solve problems. By combining her marketing expertise with her experience as a Realtor, she provides our clients with a well-rounded perspective and an extra layer of insight and support throughout the process. Outside of real estate, Kristen loves to cook, entertain, travel, and spend time at the beach with her husband, two children, and dog, Birdie.
