Kate grew up watching her mother build a real estate career in Bend. In 2000, they co-founded a sales team together, and Kate learned the business from the ground up: marketing, admin, operations, all of it. She went on to spend a decade as a broker in Bend and Portland, first on a high-performing team and then in her own independent practice. Her transactions ranged from residential, rural residential, farms and ranches, investment, and second homes, serving first-time to seasoned buyers and sellers. Most notably, she brokered the sale of a 50-acre timber property that sold $1 million over asking for the Oregon Community Foundation. She also spent two years with Solaire Homebuilders, coordinating custom, energy-efficient projects from first sketch to construction handoff. Then Kate stepped away from real estate to build her leadership coaching practice. Now she's back, returning to an industry and a career she loves. As an ICF-certified Co-Active Coach, she brings two superpowers to the table: listening, and helping people decide with confidence. Kate is deeply rooted in her community. She founded a grassroots environmental initiative on the Oregon coast, built stroke-awareness programs for local families and schoolkids, and served on the leadership team of the Deschutes County Library's Community Conversations program.
