Packages Packages are delivered directly to the property, except for the Post Office. The Post Office delivers packages to a mail shed next to the mailboxes. The mail carrier will put a note in your mailbox with the door code for the package building. Security Shagbark has 24/7 Security Personnel at the entrance to the neighborhood. No one is allowed in the neighborhood without a reason for being there. The guards receive training and are certified by the State of Tennessee. HOA employ three full-time people at the gate and three to four part-timers who work one or two days a week. Common Areas HOA employs a full-time maintenance employee who takes care of the common areas.
