About Us

Dean & Partners Real Estate Group is comprised of three business partners: Kathy Dean, Nicole Litherland and Mauricio Pierrott. Each partner has several years working in real estate in the Northern Nevada area. Each of us strive to help every client with the utmost respect and professionalism.

We have worked with many different sellers and buyers including: first-time buyers, investors, relocations, Veterans, and more. We have also sold several types of properties including: single-family homes, condos, town homes, luxury homes, multi-family, and vacant land. We also make sure to stay current on the ever-changing real estate market and utilize many types of marketing strategies to get properties sold.

Our newest team member is Cheyenne Erickson - Buyer Specialist. Cheyenne brings valuable negotiation skills and care for her clients. Every member of our team provides lots of comprehensive support throughout your real estate journey.
