About Us

The Gwin Team was formed in 2011 when Chad finally decided to join Mafe in the wonderful world of Real Estate! The Gwin Team is a family run operation with 22+ years experience and is committed to providing a level of service that is unrivaled in the industry. When they are not giving their all for their clients you can find them at the ball fields, basketball courts, PTO's, school councils, and other local community events. The Gwin Team is resolute in their belief that Faith and family take priority and as long as you are acting with integrity in all actions, then everything else will fall into place. Chad and Mafe are proud parents of Brandon, Matthew, and Lucas who are full of joy and love and are constantly on the go! They reside in downtown Buford where they enjoy the strong sense of community and small town feel.
