This RE/MAX Collection office is a division of RE/MAX Honolulu. With being located on the Big Island of Hawaii’s famous Kohala Coast. Our office is located in the Kings’ Shops at the Waikoloa Beach resort on the Kohala coast, and we specialize in properties on the west side of the Big Island in the luxury resorts of Kohanaiki, Kukio, Hualalai, Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea. We also serve the coastal markets of Kailua Kona, Captain Cook, and Keauhou, and inland communities of Waimea/Kamuela and Waikoloa Village. To the north are the luxury areas of Kohala by the Sea, Kohala Waterfront and Kohala Ranch.
The Big Island has amazing weather, beautiful beaches, great hotels, restaurants, golf courses and yes the country’s most sought after real estate.
This office was started by two professionals bringing diverse skills to the organization. Peggy Kent has been a Big Island property owner for 30 years and has lived in several locations on the West side of the Island and in Waimea. She has been living full time here on the Big Island for over 10 years. She is an accomplished business person having owned, run and managed several multi-million dollar corporations. The reason she chose real estate as a second career is that she wanted to help folks experience the American dream of home ownership and to help successful people find their happy place in paradise.
Chris Fidelibus first came to the Hawaii Islands when he was 18. In 2009, he became a broker and formed a boutique-style company servicing Waikiki. Over the years he grew the company into a RE/MAX office servicing the island of Oahu. He has a passion to help others believes strongly in giving back to e the community. He has won Outstanding RE/MAX brokerage of the year for 2018 in the Hawaii/California region.
