However, a prospective buyer and a RE/MAX Distinguished Homes & Properties licensee may mutually agree to enter into an exclusive buyer representation agreement. 3. RE/MAX Distinguished Homes & Properties does require prospective buyers to provide proof of a mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds for a potential cash offer as a condition to begin work with a RE/MAX Distinguished Homes & Properties licensee.
