Joann and Jeff established their own privately-owned real estate company, Boyd Realty & Investments, in Eureka, California, in 2001. When they moved to Arizona in 2007, they seamlessly transitioned Boyd Realty and continued their legacy. In 2018, their youngest family member, Ryan, joined the ownership after graduating from Grand Canyon University.
