BrokerageMy husband, Richard Harczak and I started this business in December of 1990. We both previously had been the top agents at our respective Century 21 offices but when RE/MAX started opening in the Chicagoland area, we new we wanted to be part of this dynamic franchise. We opened in Jan, 1990 in a small office for a year, then moved to Milwaukee and Oakton where we rented for the next 30 years. My husband passed away in 2009 and I continued operating our office. In September of 2020 I bought my own building, remodeled it completely and moved to out NEW office in January 2021, our own building at 8032 Milwaukee Ave in Niles. Our agents have all been in the business for a minimum of 10 years and as long as 50 years. We are a bi-lingual office and work hard and are fully committed to bring our clients the best possible service. *******RESULTS NOT PROMISES!!******
