About Us

My husband, Richard Harczak and I started this business in December of 1990. We both previously had been the top agents at our respective Century 21 offices but when RE/MAX started opening in the Chicagoland area, we new we wanted to be part of this dynamic franchise. We opened in Jan, 2021 in a small office for a year, then moved to Milwaukee and Oakton where we rented for the next 30 years in until January of this year when we moved to our own building at 8032 Milwaukee Ave in Niles. Our agents have all been in the business for a minimum of 10 years and as long as 50 years.
