Hi I’m Yvette Rangel, I was born and raised in Moses Lake, Washington, I have proudly called the Tri-Cities home since 2007. My husband and I have raised our four children here, and we truly appreciate everything this community has to offer. Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent several years working in durable medical equipment (DME) billing and later managed a durable medical equipment store. Those experiences strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Real estate has also been a significant part of my personal journey. As a real estate investor, I have purchased multiple investment properties, managed rental properties, and coordinated renovation projects. These firsthand experiences have given me valuable insight into the buying, investing, and property management process, allowing me to better guide my clients through every step of their real estate journey. Helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do. Having been on the buyer’s side myself, I understand how important it is to have a Realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in your success. My goal is to provide every client with exceptional service, clear communication, and a positive experience from start to finish. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me reading, spending quality time with my family, camping, or planning our next vacation.
