"Willie Harden is a highly self-motivated professional real estate broker. He has over 27 years of diversified experience and is a retired military veteran. Willie successfully transitioned into the real estate environment using his leadership and management skills honored during his 22 years of service in the United States Army. Willie has completed graduate-level courses in commercial real estate and earned the prestigious (CCIM) certified commercial investment member designation in 2007. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. He also holds the prestigious (CPM) Certified Property Manager designation.
Owner of Harden Holdings LLC and other real estate limited liability corporations. Currently a Mortgage Broker/Owner at Motto Mortgage Flex and a Broker with Remax Five Star Properties. Works with Lenders, Banks, Real Estate Owners, and Investors, in originating loans and selling real estate.
