I’m Bill Moeglin, a REALTOR with RE/MAX Southern Shores in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, licensed since 2021. My approach to real estate is simple: listen first, put the client’s interests first, communicate clearly and follow through all the way to closing. I call it my Real Estate Concierge approach. Every client is different, so I adapt my process to their needs and stay involved in the details so small issues can be addressed before they become big ones. I believe clients should always know what is happening, what comes next and who is taking care of it. No one likes surprises. I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers, people relocating to the Myrtle Beach area and clients purchasing new construction. New construction is a favorite because I get to be involved from beginning to end. For clients who live out of town, I become their “boots on the ground,” helping them stay informed and involved so they can enjoy the process of building their home. I also bring 35 years of business experience with Walmart, beginning at entry level after high school and eventually managing stores. That experience taught me the importance of leadership, accountability, listening and taking care of people—qualities I bring into every real estate transaction. My service area includes Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Conway, Surfside Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Longs and Loris.
